Warranty Information

This warranty page is applicable when product registration has been completed and returned to Nexcopy Incorporated within a reasonable period of time following the original purchase. The warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to malfunctions cause by misuse, negligence, accident, miss configuration, or alteration, nor is Nexcopy Incorporated responsible for consequential damages related to the use of this equipment. This warranty is made in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. Use of Nexcopy products and/or equipment is an implied agreement of such terms and conditions.

Printer Warranty & Returns:

Nexcopy Incorporated uses a contract factory who manufactures the flash memory printer. This OEM provides the printer warranty and our warranty to the end-user is an extension of that policy. Here are those details:

All ink is considered a consumable product and not covered under warranty. Due to the nature of the eco-solvent inks, the LOGO-EZ print head is considered a consumable product and not covered under warranty.

All printer sales are final – there are no exception. Customer pays freight charges for any repair work. Printer must be sent via freight service as Ground or Air service could incur physical damage to the printer. Ship via Ground or Air service at your own risk. Damage during return repair shipments is not covered under warranty.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) given by Nexcopy otherwise the shipment will be refused by the Nexcopy Shipping and Receiving Department.

Duplicator Warranty & Returns:

Flash Memory duplicators have a six month warranty. Nexcopy must be contacted for technical support before a Return Merchandise Authorization number is granted.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  If at any time, support is refused by the customer a 25% restocking fee will apply. All sales are final after 30 days.  Power supplies are not covered under warranty for products used outside the United States. Flash memory connector sockets are considered consumable items of the duplicators. Nexcopy will pay for Ground Inbound and Outbound freight for the initial 30 days for domestic orders only. Customer pays freight charges after initial 30 days.

Flash Memory Warranty & Returns:

Nexcopy Incorporated uses a contract factory who manufactures flash memory to our exact specification. Nexcopy’s contract factory provides the flash memory warranty and our warranty to the end-user is an extension of that policy. Here are those details:

Flash memory has a one year warranty.  The warranty insures flash memory is free from defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt; however, the warranty does not apply to malfunctions cause by misuse, negligence, accident, miss configuration, or alteration, nor is Nexcopy Incorporated responsible for consequential damages related to the use of flash memory or data contained with in said memory. Nexcopy is not responsible for negligence by the customer in configuration, packaging, fulfilment or supply chain related issues at any time, for any reason.

All flash memory sales are final.  Any specific configuration or requirement must be disclosure to Nexcopy before time of purchase and/or official purchase order/order submitted to Nexcopy. Nexcopy does not offer analytics nor investigative procedures to determine cause of failure; replacement product will be provided in leu of product analysis.  Flash memory is a commodity product and should be treated as such. Warranty replacements may not cover print or laser etch designs or pad printing of the original device.  Refunds are not granted unless our contract factory has analyzed the problem and agreed to a refund.  User is responsible for shipping to original manufacturer [China] and original manufacturer will cover shipping costs back to the end user.
