Warranty Information
This page outlines Nexcopy warranty policies for hardware products, flash memory, and printers. Warranty coverage applies when product registration has been completed within a reasonable time following purchase.

General Warranty Terms
Nexcopy warranties are non-transferable. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or malfunction caused by misuse, negligence, accident, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modification.
Nexcopy is not responsible for consequential damages related to the use of equipment, flash memory, or data stored on such devices. Use of Nexcopy products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Duplicator Warranty and Returns
Flash memory duplicators include a six-month warranty. Technical support must be contacted prior to issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If technical support is declined by the customer at any point, the restocking fee will apply. All sales are final after 30 days.
Power supplies are not covered under warranty for products used outside the United States. Flash memory connector sockets are considered consumable components.
Nexcopy covers inbound and outbound ground shipping for domestic orders during the first 30 days. After 30 days, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must include an authorized RMA number. Shipments without an RMA will be refused.
Flash Memory Warranty and Returns
Flash memory products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt. This warranty does not apply to misuse, accident, misconfiguration, or alteration.
Flash memory is considered a commodity product. Nexcopy does not provide forensic analysis or failure investigation. Replacement products are provided in lieu of analysis when applicable.
All flash memory sales are final. Configuration requirements must be disclosed prior to purchase. Warranty replacements may not include original printing, laser etching, or custom branding.
Flash memory is manufactured by a Nexcopy contract factory. Warranty coverage provided to the end user is an extension of the manufacturer’s policy.
All returns require an authorized RMA number. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.
Printer Warranty and Returns
Nexcopy provides a six-month warranty for the LOGO-EZ printer.
Ink and print heads are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty. Due to the nature of eco-solvent inks, print head replacement is expected during normal operation.
All printer sales are final. Customers are responsible for freight charges related to repair services. Damage incurred during return shipment is not covered under warranty.
All returns require an authorized RMA number. Shipments without authorization will be refused.
