Software Updates
Nexcopy provides regular software updates to support our PC-based duplication systems. This page lists the current versions of Nexcopy software available for download.
Most Nexcopy software automatically checks for updates once installed, provided the host computer has an active internet connection. Manual downloads are available below when needed.
Drive Manager
Drive Manager software is used with Nexcopy PC-based duplication systems. It controls duplication operations with integrated verification, logging, and advanced device handling for supported duplicators.
When an internet connection is available on the host computer, Drive Manager automatically checks for newer software versions and notifies the user when updates are available. No automatic changes are applied without user action.
Drive Wizard
Drive Wizard is a configuration and management utility for Nexcopy controller-level USB configuration technologies. It is used to configure, manage, and maintain Nexcopy secure USB products.

USB Scrub
USB Scrub is a Windows utility designed to remove residual USB device records from host systems. It is commonly used during testing, validation, and controlled duplication workflows.
USB Scrub also includes additional utilities such as:
- USB device serial number reading
- Flash memory performance testing
- IMG file creation for physical device archiving
